Q: Do you have a cancellation policy?
A: Once you have signed the contract with us, you have 10 days afterwards to cancel without penalty. After those 10 days, you will be billed for 50% of the services you booked. The penalty fee will be charged to compensate for any business we may not have been able to take due to your reservation. We sincerely hope this doesn’t happen, but if you are not happy for whatever reason, please call us within the 10 day grace period and we will try our best to remedy the situation.
